Who Am I?
Saw this over at Yertle's blog and thought it looked interesting.
I AM >> a happy woman.
I THINK >> I'm happy because I'm beginning to inquire into the validity of my thoughts.
I KNOW >> I am growing healthier every day.
I HAVE >> a dream to do something more intimate and meaningful with my time than what I do in my current career.
I WISH >> I were more sure of myself, could maintain the voice of Knowing.
I HATE >> to see trees cut down en masse.
I FEAR >> we will have destroyed the earth before my son can grow up to enjoy it. (So we should be enjoying it now!)
I MISS >> sleeping waaaay in on Saturdays.
I HEAR >> my child coughing a lot.
I CRAVE >> knowing and following my life's purpose.
I SEARCH FOR >> meaning.
I WONDER >> if Parent Coaching might be it for me.
I REGRET >> how closed I can be with new people.
I LOVE >> my son's laughter, intimate conversations, growth, pain that leads to positive change, joy, kindness, authenticity and Gaia. Among other things.
I BELIEVE IN >> doing what you don't know how to do so that you will then know.
I SING >> to my son.
I LOSE >> whenever I judge.
I ALWAYS >> try to be prepared.
I AM SCARED >> I have lost the joy of music.
I AM HAPPY >> right now.
If you feel inspired to do this meme, please go for it and leave me a comment so I can come check out your post.

Oh I love how some of the essence of who a person is comes out with all these questions and answers. Here's my favorite one of yours right now: I'm happy because I'm beginning to inquire into the validity of my thoughts.
Those crazy & unpredictable & wonderful & awful & silly thoughts! All of them….
You rock!
Thanks for playing, all! Nicole and Centria, I highly recommend checking out Yertle's blog. She's not blogging at Gaia, so follow the link above. Yertle, your meme – from another, I know – is making the rounds here!
Thanks so much for these kind words.
I enjoyed reading all your answers but the one that disturbed me was…
I AM SCARED >> I have lost the joy of music.
Now that is scary !!
Don't worry if you ever had it, you can't lose it.
Your profile reveals some very admirable qualities.
I want to like and love myself unconditionally. With gentleness and kindness and integrity. And I'm going to work toward that every day that I can. And I want to learn to say what I mean and mean what I say more of the time.
I see that you are walking the talk.
~ Namaste'
Yeah, that disturbs me, too. I'm a music therapist who is burned out out out. I don't seek out music any more. In fact, it often makes me sad because it feels so tainted by a career I don't want any more but am having trouble replacing (so far… that is changing). Right now, it's all silence and podcasts. I'm enjoying those, but it does make me sad to think that the richness of music is currently not available to me.
Thanks for your kind words and your visit, FastDart!
Thanks for explaining where Yertle's blog was. a nice one it is!
i was saddened by that line too and now i understand better. the joy will come back dearest. i didn't sing for a year when i was depressed. But after almost two years I am keener than ever to get back into it and starting back at choir September 8.
Let it flow and it will come in its own good time.
We'll be redoing the program they did last year (so the first time for me for all this music)
here (in French but you can see the composers… I am so looking forward to the Missa Criolla)
I couldn't resist piling on:
